Alex Shteyngolts

A 25 year veteran of RingCentral, Alex Shteyngolts is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide product engineering development, systems and quality teams. During his long tenure, he has been instrumental in developing the company’s global engineering talent. A forward-thinking and collaborative leader, he is focused on driving a strong interlock between the company’s product and engineering teams. He is responsible for leading innovation across RingCentral’s multi-product global portfolio, winning in new technology and market segments and building on the company’s heritage.

In his early career at RingCentral, Shteyngolts’ focus was on enhancing RingCentral Phone to achieve enterprise-grade products with best-in-class availability and scalability. More recently, and in response to geopolitical and economical changes,  his efforts shifted towards maintaining resiliency and uptime, strengthening RingCentral’s position as a trusted provider of AI-powered business communications for companies of all sizes. 

Prior to RingCentral, Shteyngolts held software engineering positions at companies including Unix Ltd., RealChip Communications and Novavax. He holds a Masters Degree in Applied Math from Saint Petersburg State University.
