John Marlow

John Marlow has been with RingCentral for over 20 years and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer. In his role as CAO, he manages the company's global legal, human resources and facilities teams, while being a key decision maker in corporate development, M&A, strategic partnerships, and Board-related activities. John is also a champion of RingCentral’s Legal Pro Bono program, which has provided over 150 hours of free legal services to underserved communities and support for veterans, where he and his legal team have volunteered with The Veteran’s Consortium to provide guidance at their free clinics for veterans.

Before joining RingCentral, John Marlow founded and managed his own law firm, and prior to that, was a partner at Reed Smith, LLP, a global law firm with more than 1,500 attorneys. John received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (formerly, Boalt Hall) and earned his bachelor’s degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Colgate University.
