Vaibhav Agarwal

Vaibhav Agarwal is an accomplished finance executive who has been an integral part of RingCentral’s leadership team since 2016. He brings over two decades of corporate and operational finance experience across the technology industry. Agarwal oversees the global finance organization and has been leading financial strategy and operational excellence, in supporting RingCentral’s strategy of delivering durable and profitable growth.

During his tenure, Agarwal has played a core role in supporting the Company’s growth to be a $2.4 billion run rate business, from approximately $400 million when he joined in 2016. He has been driving the financial aspects of the Company’s growth initiatives including Go-to-Market enablement, and the successful launch of new products.  He has been instrumental in doubling operating margins and free cash flows. He has been deeply involved with technology and operations transformation to guide fiscal discipline across the organization. 

Agarwal's vision and leadership has enabled the finance function to scale and meet the demands of the growing multi-billion and multi-product portfolio company. In addition, he executed multiple capital transactions, such as convertible debt financing  and implementing share repurchase program, which have resulted in driving shareholder value. 

Prior to RingCentral, Agarwal held senior financial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Intel, Altera, and Intuitive Surgical. Agarwal is a CPA, a Chartered Accountant, and he has an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from the University of Delhi, India.
